Interview With Daw Aye Su Thi, a Muslim Teacher
Categories :
This is an interview with Daw Aye Su Thi, a Muslim teacher, who is originally from Thandwe and currently working at Zaw-Ma-Tark village, Maungdaw Township, Rakhine (Arakan) state of Burma. In this video, you can clearly see and understand how is the recently event in Rakhine state different between the Kaman people (Local Muslim) who are recognized as a minority group in Rakhine state and Bengali immigrants (so-called Rohingya) who are attacking native Rakhine people.
Two points to think simply:
(1). Why the Kaman people are being recognized as a local minority group in Rakhine state even they are Muslim?
(2). Why the so-called Rohingyas are not being recognized legally as a local minority group in Rakhine state?
